MDNOW Urgent Care

An increasing trend in South Florida (as well as other metropolitan areas), is that owners and developers are buying older buildings to renovate as much of the land is built out and any remaining new land zoned for construction is at a premium.

 

We Designed, Manufactured, and Installed several facade enhancements (see the drawing and comments below). There are floor to ceiling vertical panels; sliding panels for aluminum framing to cover the parapet; Screen panels; and Aluminum molding. Thompson also installed a railing system with metal mesh panels to accommodate customers and comply with the ADA. We also installed an upper parapet top cap in black at the edges of the roof, this was also designed to tie in the overall look of the building.
